About this project

My mission is simple: to forward my community.

With this project, I construct a narrative on the challenges and potential solutions to overcoming some of our roadblocks that are inhibiting industry-wide growth. As a civil engineer, I have a unique perspective about how our built environments exist: how they’re created, talked about, and interacted with. Our communities are changing faster than ever and we need a paradigm shift in order to deal with this growth. To further our communities, we must be inclusive in our communities. That is done by inclusive design and holding ourselves to the highest standards. As a content creator, I develop ideas and tools to further this goal. Some of these ideas include:

• transparency into challenges in our industry

• accessibility of engineers and how they interact with communities

• thought experiments from a unique perspective

The built world changes communities all around us so it makes sense to interact with the conversations happening in the engineering industry. Engineering interacts with everyone. Let's begin to interact with the engineers.
